Orders

  • You can also place your order by sending a Msg  on our WhatsApp.

  • If you would like to change any color in your order, please feel free to message us, and we will happily accommodate your request.


Products

  • Certain products are available in stock, while others will be made to order.

  • The products available in stock will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Items made to order will take 3 – 6 Weeks Minimum to be manufactured and delivered.


Payment

  • For overseas orders, full payment in advance is required.

  • For national orders, a 20% advance payment is required.

  • The remaining 80% of the payment will be collected in cash upon delivery

At JBS, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to ensure that you receive only the highest quality products. In the rare instance that the product you receive does not meet your standards or sustains damage during shipment, we are committed to promptly resolving the issue.

Our commitment to customer satisfaction includes the following steps:

  1. Fix or Exchange: JBS will either repair the damaged product or replace it with a new one upon receipt of the damaged item.

  2. Customer Reshipment: Customers are responsible for resending the parcel via any courier service to the designated JBS address.

Please adhere to the following guidelines for a smooth return process:

  • Notify Us Promptly: Kindly inform us of any issues within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Refund Eligibility: If approved for a refund, all payments, excluding shipping and tax charges, will be reimbursed.

  • Timely Refund: The payment will be returned to the customer within 10-15 days of the parcel being received by JBS.

Please note that the following conditions apply:

  • Bulk & Customized Orders: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for bulk and customized orders.
