• You can also place your order by sending a Msg  on our WhatsApp.

• If you would like to change any color in your order, please feel free to message us, and we will happily accommodate your request.

• Certain products are available in stock, while others will be made to order.

• Ready-stock orders will be delivered within 2–5 business days. Custom and made-to-order items will take 15–30 working days to be manufactured and delivered.

• For overseas orders, full payment in advance is required.

• For ready-stock orders within Pakistan, the full payment is collected in cash on delivery.

• For custom and made-to-order orders within Pakistan, a 20% advance is required before production. The remaining 80% is collected in cash on delivery.

At JBS, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to ensure that you receive only the highest quality products. In the rare instance that the product you receive does not meet your standards or sustains damage during shipment, we are committed to promptly resolving the issue.

Our commitment to customer satisfaction includes the following steps:

1. Fix or Exchange: JBS will either repair the damaged product or replace it with a new one upon receipt of the damaged item.

2. Customer Reshipment: Customers are responsible for resending the parcel via any courier service to the designated JBS address.

Please adhere to the following guidelines for a smooth return process:

• Notify Us Promptly: Kindly inform us of any issues within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Refund Eligibility: If a refund is approved, shipping charges, taxes and a 20% service charge are non-refundable. The remaining eligible amount will be refunded.

• Refund Timing: Refunds are issued within 10–15 days after JBS receives and inspects the returned parcel.

Please note that the following conditions apply:

• Bulk & Customized Orders: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for bulk and customized orders.
